MY STORY

 I’m Heidi Jane, an award-winning intuitive teacher, life coach, clinical hypnotherapist, advanced energy healer, and author of five books. For more than two decades, I have helped people understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their intuition, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My work blends intuition, psychology, nervous system awareness, complementary medicine, and practical personal development. I believe spiritual growth should not leave you floating three feet above your life. It should help you feel clearer, steadier, and more capable within it.

Much of my work supports empaths and highly sensitive people who have spent years feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tangled, or unsure of what they are sensing. Sensitivity is not something you need to suppress or apologise for. When you learn to regulate your nervous system, strengthen your boundaries, and recognise what is yours and what is not, sensitivity becomes a powerful form of intelligence.

I am the creator of Intuitive Dynamix™, a professional training pathway designed to help empaths and highly sensitive people develop emotional regulation, energetic self-mastery, intuitive intelligence, and ethical professional skills.

I have previously served as a National Board Member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association and as an IICT Platinum Training Provider. My work has been featured across television, radio, print, podcasts, and online media. I was also voted Australia’s most gifted female psychic.

I am appearing in the forthcoming documentary The New Woo, exploring the changing face of spirituality, healing, and modern wellbeing. My contribution reflects the heart of my work: intuition can be expansive without becoming ungrounded, and sensitivity can be honoured without becoming a limitation.
